North Pacific Passage to Japan

Vancouver

We arrived in Vancouver mid-morning on Sunday, September 14, and went by Viking bus to the harbor area of the city. The traffic was very bad so we did not get there until well after noon. Upon arrival we were ushered into a large ballroom at the Fairmont hotel with all of the other cruise guests to wait until the ship was ready to board around 7:00 pm. To pass the time we enjoyed the great food at the hotel, and then took a hop-on-hop-off tour around the city.
