Hoodoos and Chisos Mountains
Tornillo Flats is along US 385 a few miles north of Panther Junction. A short hike was required to get these hoodoo images. All were taken at dawn.
Dagger Flats is further north toward the park entrance at Persimmon Gap. A dirt road leads off to the east for about 5 miles to Dagger Flats. No hiking is required.
